Our single A side sheets are resin infused and cured & post cured to provide a high quality laminate that has its carbon fibre cloth and resin system manufactured here in the uk prior to being cured here in the uk, it doesn't get anymore british! This sheet has a stunning A class finish on one side and a peel ply finish on the reverse which is great for secondary bonding. 

The sheets are laid up with a combination of our DIY composites HQDC carbon fibre cloth range,  using our 200g Twill Weave cloth as the surafce ply with re-enforcement with 650g twill cloth behind laid at 0/45. These sheets have been used previously for motorsport applications as well as leusuire, hobby, radio control components, automotive components, scultures and art and a whole other host of generall applications. 

Our sheets are available in 0.5mm / 1mm / 2mm / 3mm  sheets in 3 different sheet sizes - 280mm x 145mm / 295mm x 245mm / 500mm x 500mm / 1000mm 500mm 

Shaping
These sheets can easily be cut and shaped using hand tools. Our range of Perma Grit Abrasive tools offer great ways of shaping carbon fibre. Any bonding required please check out our range of Bond-Loc MMA and Epoxy adhesives.

Need a larger size??
A large variety of differing larger sizes can be provided if required. Feel free to contact us and request a quote for a larger size.
